2. Data processed
We may process first and last name, email, phone, company and purchase-order/reference details; pickup, destination, dates and times, service type, vehicle, passengers, luggage, flight number, waiting, extras and special instructions; booking references and status; IP, device/browser and security information; consent-controlled cookie or analytics identifiers; and payment status plus Stripe session or transaction identifiers.
Prominent does not claim to store complete card credentials. Stripe processes card/payment credentials through its own services.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Contract and pre-contract steps support booking processing, chauffeur-service performance, customer communication and payment handling. Legal obligations support invoicing, accounting and regulatory compliance. Legitimate interests may support proportionate fraud prevention, security, complaint handling and website operation. Consent is used for non-essential analytics and cookies where applicable; it is not the basis for contract-required booking data.
4. Recipients and providers
The application uses Stripe for payments; Google Maps Platform (Maps, Places and Routes) for location and routing; Resend for transactional booking email where configured; Google Analytics only after analytics consent and only when configured; and WhatsApp/Meta when a customer chooses the external WhatsApp link. Opening WhatsApp transfers the user to that provider and its terms apply. No unnecessary WhatsApp tracking script is loaded. Data may also be disclosed where legally required or to operational providers necessary to deliver an agreed service.
5. International transfers
Global providers such as Google, Stripe, Resend and Meta/WhatsApp may process data outside the EEA depending on their infrastructure. Their applicable safeguards and policies govern those transfers. The exact production processor locations and transfer mechanisms must be verified before launch; no unverified mechanism is asserted here.
6. Retention
Booking and accounting records are retained as needed to perform the contract and meet applicable Spanish tax, accounting and legal duties. Complaints and customer-service records are retained for issue management and relevant limitation periods. Analytics follows configured consent and cookie retention; security logs are kept only as reasonably necessary. Exact statutory periods require final legal verification.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, without affecting prior lawful processing. 8. Security and updates
Prominent applies proportionate organizational and technical safeguards. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Material policy changes will be published with an updated version date.
